Abstract
The invention relates to the dough processing equipment, in particular to dough sheet rolling installations, and can be used for producing dough sheet for flaky and thin lavash.The dough sheet rolling installation comprises a conveyor (1) with a conveyor belt (2) for moving the dough sheet and a device for continuous rolling of dough sheet in transverse direction, comprising a support crown (4) with spherical rolling bodies (5), installed above the conveyor belt (2) parallel to or at an angle. The support crown (4) is connected to an electric motor (6) for driving it into reversible rotation motion, which is installed on a support frame (7), fixed with the possibility of movement in the vertical direction relative to the conveyor belt (2) for regulating the thickness of the dough sheet through a mechanism (8), connected to an electric motor (9).
