Abstract

The invention relates to the inclusion complexes of 3- morpholinesydnonimine or its salts, or its tautomeric isomer with cyclodextrine or its derivatives, method for preparation thereof, containing their pharmaceutical compositions, method for preparation thereof and for treatment of stenocardia or ishemic desease. Inclusion complexes of 3-morpholinesydnonimine or its salts with cyclodextrine or its derivatives are prepared: a) by 3-morpholinesydnonimine or its salts interaction in the aqueous medium with cyclodextrine or its derivatives and by the further isolation of complexes from the solution by dehydrotation, or b) there is carried out the intensive grounding 3- morpholinesydnonimine or its salts with cyclodextrine or its derivatives. The technical result of the invention consists in the stabilisation of 3-morpholinesydnonimine and its derivatives with cyclodextrines.
