Abstract

The invention relates to installations and processes for continuous dosing of liquids and can be used in various fields of industry, where the dosing of liquids in a continuous mode is required.The installation for continuous dosing of liquid comprises a sealed working capacity (1), a pump (11), a compressor (12), an automatic control system (10) and an escape channel (4), equipped with an electromagnetic valve (6). In the capacity (1) are installed a pressure sensor (9) and two dosed liquid maximum (7) and minimum (8) level sensors, connected to the automatic control system (10).The process for continuous dosing of liquid consists in creating an excess pressure in the sealed working capacity with the dosed liquid, under the influence of excess pressure the dosed liquid flows from the capacity and is maintained a constant flow rate of the dosed liquid. The excess pressure in the capacity is controlled automatically by feeding the dosed liquid to the maximum level with the air compression. The pressure is maintained in the capacity, during the dosed liquid drain to a minimum level, by supplying the compressed air. The dosed liquid flow rate is kept constant by means of the electromagnetic valve.
