Abstract

Изобретение относится к способам получения биологически активных веществ из растительного сырья, используемых при гибридизации растений.Способ осуществляют путем экстрагирования семян красавки (Atropa belladonna L.) нагретым бутанолом-1, насыщенным водой, концентрирование экстракта осуществляют в вакууме до cиропообразного состояния, а очистку остатка ведут хлороформом.Технический результат заключается в увеличении выхода целевого продукта и упрощении процесса его получения.
