Abstract

Invenţia se referă la metodele de obţinere a substanţelor biologic active din materia primă vegetală la hibridarea plantelor.Procedeul se realizează în modul următor: seminţele de mătrăgună (Atropa belladonna L.) se extrag cu butanol-1 saturat cu apă la încălzire, concentrarea extractului se realizează în vid până la concentraţia vâscoasă, iar purificarea se efectuează cu cloroform.Rezultatul tehnic constă în majorarea volumului produsului final şi simplificarea procedeului de obţinere a lui.
