Abstract

Invenţia se referă la fiziologia plantelor, în particular la metodele de diagnosticare precoce a rezistenţei plantelor la ger, având aplicabilitate în viticultură la selecţia, selectarea şi implementarea unor soiuri noi.Metoda de diagnosticare precoce a rezistenţei la ger a soiurilor de viţă de vie include colectarea probelor medii de la fiecare soi şi studiul lor, în care probele medii ale frunzelor se colectează în perioada de încetinire a proceselor de creştere şi începutul maturaţiei lăstarilor, se determină respiraţia obscură totală, componenta menţinerii, iar conform diferenţei dintre ele se determină componenta creşterii, rezistenţa soiurilor la ger fiind cu atât mai mare, cu cât raportul dintre componenta menţinerii şi componenta creşterii este mai mare.Rezultatul tehnic constă în diagnosticarea gradului de rezistenţă la ger la etapele timpurii de manifestare a ei, ceea ce permite dirijarea proceselor de pregătire a soiurilor de viţă de vie pentru iarnă.
