Abstract

Inventia se refera la agricultura, in particular, la un dispozitiv pentru colectarea materialului biologic. Instalatia, conform inventiei, include: un corp (1), in care este amplasat un rezervor (2) cu capac (3) si cu fundul inclinat (5), care contine un pahar (6) de filtrare detasabil si o gaura de eliminare (7) cu un uluc inclinat (8); instalatia mai include un sistem (9) de alimentare cu apa, transportor (14) pentru frunzele cu material biologic, regulator (11) de presiune a apei cu manometru (12); sistemul (9) de alimentare cu apa este amplasat in partea superioara a rezervorului (2) si contine o conducta, executata cu doua brate, pe fiecare dintre ele fiind amplasata o pereche de injectoare (10) cu flux plat cu fixatoare (13), orientate opus unul fata de altul si sub un unghi de 45° fata de suprafata orizontala a transportorului (14); transportorul (14) este amplasat in rezervor sub sistemul de alimentare cu apa (9) si consta din doua lanturi paralele inchise (16), pe care sunt fixate sectii perforate (15), si este executat cu posibilitatea de reglare a vitezei cu ajutorul dispozitivului de actionare (18); sub transportor este amplasata o perie cilindrica rotativa (17) pentru indepartarea frunzelor de pe transportor (14); instalatia mai include un organ (19) de separare a materialului biologic de apa, care este amplasat sub ulucul inclinat (8) si este format dintr-o palnie (21) de eliminare a apei cu fundul de plasa detasabil (20); si un dispozitiv de comanda (22) amplasat pe corp (1). Rezultatul consta in majorarea productivitatii procesului de colectare si micsorarea pierderilor de material biologic.The invention relates to agriculture, in particular, to a device for collecting biological material. The installation, according to the invention, includes: a body (1), in which a reservoir (2) with lid (3) and with the inclined bottom (5) is located, which contains a removable filter glass (6) and a disposal hole (7) with a sloping groove (8); the installation also includes a system (9) of water supply, conveyor (14) for leaves with biological material, regulator (11) of water pressure with manometer (12); the water supply system (9) is located in the upper part of the tank (2) and contains a pipe, executed with two arms, on each of them being placed a pair of injectors (10) with flat flow with fasteners (13), oriented opposite to each other and at an angle of 45 ° to the horizontal surface of the conveyor (14); the conveyor (14) is located in the tank under the water supply system (9) and consists of two parallel closed chains (16), on which perforated sections are fixed (15), and is executed with the possibility of adjusting the speed with the aid of the device drive (18); below the conveyor is placed a rotary cylindrical brush (17) for removing leaves from the conveyor (14); the installation also includes an organ (19) for separating the biological material from the water, which is located under the inclined groove (8) and is formed by a funnel (21) for removing the water with the removable mesh bottom (20); and a control device (22) located on the body (1). The result consists in increasing the productivity of the collection process and reducing the loss of biological material.
