Abstract

The Method of obtaining chinolyncarborxylic acids or its salts which can be used in pharmaceuticsThe invention relates to heterociclic substances, particularly to obtaining chynolyncarboxyl with the general formulain which R is piperazinyl, 4-methylpiperazinyl, 4-ethylpiperazinyl, or its salts which can be used in pharmaceutics and are active from antibacterial point of view and used in medicine. The Aim of the invention is to encrease the efficiency of the special product and to reduce the time of processing, to ensure at the same time a good selectivity. The synthesis is done by the reaction of appropriate derivatives of chinolyn with the general formulain which R2 and R3 are halogene, C2-C6 alkyloxid group with the appropriate derivatives of piperazini with the general formula R4-N-CH2-CH2-NH7-CH2 is CH3 or C2H5 at the temperature of 90-110°C in a solvent medium with a subsequent hydrolysis, separating the special product in the form of an acid or its salts. It is a good idea to as a solvent in an sulfoxid and hydrolysis in an acid medium or alkalyn (NaOH). It is useful to use a medium to fix an acid as an example the excess of piperazyne with the formula above indicated.Taking into account all these conditions it is possible to encrease the efficiency of the process.
