Abstract

Invenţia se referă la agricultură şi poate fi utilizată în biotehnologie pentru obţinerea “seminţelor artificiale” din celulele calusului de Panax ginseng (C.A.Meyer).Esenţa invenţiei constă în aceea că se propune un procedeu de obţinere a embrioizilor somatici, care include obţinerea calusului din explantele rădăcinilor de Panax ginseng (C.A.Meyer) şi menţinerea viabilităţii lui pe mediul Murashige-Skoog cu adaos de substanţe biologic active prin transplantare peste fiecare 4-5 săptămâni de cultivare pe mediu proaspăt, transferarea calusului pe mediu, care conţine suplimentar în calitate de factor stimulator al embriogenezei epibrasinolidă în concentraţie de 10-6-10-5%, cultivarea calusului timp de 40-60 de zile cu o fotoperioadă de 16 ore lumină şi 8 ore întuneric, transferarea lui pe mediul Murashige-Skoog cu un conţinut redus de macro- şi microelemente, pe care după 75-90 de zile de cultivare apar embrioizi somatici.Rezultatul tehnic al invenţiei constă în menţinerea nelimitată a capacităţii calusului de Panax ginseng de a forma embrioizi somatici capabili de a genera plante viabile.
