Abstract
Изобретение относится к стоматологии, в частности к ортопедическому лечению височно-челюстных расстройств с использованием окклюзионных шин.Согласно изобретению, заявленный метод состоит в том, что выполняют клиническое и параклиническое обследование, изготавливают исследовательские отпечатки, затем изготавливают съемный исследовательский отпечаток, получают регистрат в заднем контактном положении и центральной окклюзии, выполняют гипсовую модель в адаптирующем артикуляторе при помощи регистрата и лицевой анотомической арки с получением стимулирующих, адаптационных и раслабляющих шин, которые носят 24 часа, на протяжении 4…6 недель, затем изготавливают стабилизирующую функциональную акриловую шину, которую носят 24 часа, на протяжении 3…5 лет.
