Abstract

Invenţia se referă la controlul nedistructiv şi poate fi aplicată la defectoscopia ultrasonică a cordoanelor de sudură.Problema invenţiei constă în mărirea rezistenţei contra paraziţilor în timpul examinării la viteze mari.Metoda de control ultrasonic şi variantele ei constă în aceea că în articolul examinat 3 cu două traductoare 1, 2, amplasate pe ambele părţi ale cordonului de sudură 4, peste o perioadă dată de timp T, traductoarele emit pe rând oscilaţii ultrasonice, recepţionează semnalele reflectate şi transmise, analizează durata intervalelor de timp între primul semnal reflectat şi cel transmis în două tacte alăturate de emisie şi în cazul intervalelor egale de timp semnalele sunt apreciate ca reflectate de la defect, iar în cazul intervalelor diferite de timp semnalele sunt apreciate ca paraziţi.Fig. 1
