Abstract

Invenţia se referă la controlul nedestructiv al materialelor şi poate fi utilizată la defectoscopia ultrasonoră oglindă-umbră, de exemplu a şinelor de cale ferată.Procedeul de defectoscopie ultrasonoră oglindă-umbră constă în aceea că pe o suprafaţă a obiectului supus controlului se instalează un traductor piezoelectric, se excită vibraţii ultrasonore în obiect, se recepţionează semnalul-ecou de fund. Concomitent cu recepţionarea semnalului-ecou de fund se controlează prezenţa contactului acustic între traductorul piezoelectric şi obiectul supus controlului, totodată prezenţa defectului se determină în cazul dispariţiei semnalului-ecou de fund concomitent cu prezenţa contactului acustic.
