Abstract

The invention relates to the nondestructive materials testing with the acoustic emmision application and allows to increase the accuracy and productivity at the expense of the subjective estimate exclussion of the measurements results and the time decrease of fixing the leak in the pipe-line by the measurements process automatization. The device includes two signal detection channels, two registers 3 and 4, AND gates 5,6,7 and 8, the flip-flops unit 9, computing and control units 11, the pulse distributor 28, two pipe wrench groups 19 and 21, flip-flops 22 and 23, the first and the second pulse counters 25 and 26, the comparison circuit 27 and the indicator 15. The control and computing units analyses the correlogram on the amount of the shift signals. The shift signals are changed by increasing the pulse quantity in the first pulse counter and are compared with the signals of the analysed acoustic converter, receipted in the second pulse counter. The process is reiterated till the attainment of the required correlogram form.
