Abstract
Invenţia se referă la domeniul chimiei, în special, la procedeele de obţinere a 2-alchil-6-metil-N-1'-metoxi-2'-propil)-anilinelor şi a cloracetanilidelor acestora. Procedeul se efectuează prin alchilarea catalitică reducătoare, în care 1 echivalent molar de metoxiacetonă reacţionează cu 1 echivalent molar de 2-alchil-6-metilanilină fără solvent suplimentar în prezenţa catalizatorului Pt-C şi a unui cocatalizator acid sub o presiune de hidrogen de 2 x105 - 1 x 106 Pa la temperatura de 20 - 80°C. Amestecul reactant conţine apă de la începutul reacţiei şi după hidrogenare se adaugă o bază, apoi catalizatorul se separă prin filtrare şi se reciclează sub azot, iar produsul final se izolează din filtrat. Procedeul este util, în special, pentru prepararea erbicidelor pe baza cloracetanilidelor N-substituite.Rezultatul tehnic constă în ameliorarea indicilor ecologici şi economici.
