Abstract

Invenţia se referă la mijloacele con- trolului nedistructiv al articolelor. Problema invenţiei constă în sporirea sensibilităţii bazate pe mărirea concentraţiei energiei oscilaţiilor recepţionate. Traductorul ultrasonic este executat sub aspectul unirii coaxiale şi de contact a piezoelementului 1 în formă de disc, a plăcii de oţel 4 şi a piezoelementului 2 în formă de bară scurtă, diametrul căruia este mai mic decât diametrul piezoelementului 1, asigură transformarea oscilaţiilor ultrasonice recepţionate în timpul propagării lor din piezoelementul 1 în piezoelementul 2. Ca urmare amplitudinea semnalelor electrice recepţionate de pe suprafaţa piezoelementului 2 creşte.
