Abstract

The invention relates to the field of electrotechnology and can be used for manufacturing metal machine parts by electrochemical dimensional working.The process for electrochemical dimensional working of metal parts, according to the first variant, includes feeding of electrolyte into the space between the tool electrode (3) and the part (6) and application of direct current thereto. By the command of a control unit (7), the electrolyte is fed by pulses with the frequency of 2...50 Hz, with a flow rate proportional to the intensity of the applied current.The process for electrochemical dimensional working of metal parts, according to the second variant, consists in application to the tool electrode (3) and the part (6) of the pulse current. The electrolyte is synchronously fed in the pauses between the current pulses and between the pulse trains.The device for electrochemical dimensional working of metal parts includes a hermetic working chamber (4), wherein there are placed a tool electrode (3) and a part (6), connected to a power supply (8), a tank for electrolyte (9) with pipelines (10, 11), joined with a pump (15) with diaphragm (17), equipped with valve systems (12, 13, 18, 19) and a vibrating system (14), for electrolyte feeding into the hermetic working chamber (4). The device also includes electrolyte electrical resistance transducers (2, 5), one (2) placed at the inlet into the space between the tool electrode (3) and the part (6) and the second (5) - at the outlet from the space between them, and connected to a control unit (7), with a preset algorithm for the control of the current source (8) output parameters and of the electrolyte flow rate fed by the pump (15) with diaphragm (17).
