Abstract

Inventia se refera la domeniul electrotehnologiei si poate fi folosita la confectionarea pieselor metalice ale masinilor prin prelucrarea electrochimica dimensionala. Procedeul de prelucrare electrochimica dimensionala a pieselor din metal, conform primei variante, include debitarea electrolitului in spatiul dintre electrodul-scula (3) si piesa (6) si aplicarea curentului continuu la acestea. La comanda unui bloc de dirijare (7), electrolitul se debiteaza prin impulsuri cu frecventa de 2?50 Hz, cu un debit proportional intensitatii curentului aplicat. Procedeul de prelucrare electrochimica dimensionala a pieselor din metal, conform variantei a doua, consta in aplicarea la electrodul-scula (3) si piesa (6) a curentului de impulsuri. Electrolitul se debiteaza in mod sincron, in pauzele dintre impulsurile de curent sau dintre trenurile de impulsuri. Dispozitivul pentru prelucrarea electrochimica dimensionala a pieselor din metal include o camera de lucru ermetica (4), in care sunt amplasati un electrod-scula (3) si o piesa (6), conectati la o sursa de curent (8), un recipient pentru electrolit (9) cu conducte (10, 11), unit cu o pompa (15) cu diafragma (17), dotata cu sisteme de supape (12, 13, 18, 19) si un sistem vibrator (14), pentru debitarea electrolitului in camera de lucru ermetica (4). Dispozitivul mai include traductoare de rezistenta electrica a electrolitului (2, 5), unul (2) amplasat la intrarea in spatiul dintre electrodul-scula (3) si piesa (6) si al doilea (5) - la iesirea din spatiul dintre acestea si conectate la un bloc de dirijare (7), cu un algoritm prestabilit de dirijare a parametrilor de iesire a sursei de curent (8) si debitului de electrolit debitat de pompa (15) cu diafragma (17).The invention relates to the field of electrotechnology and can be used in the making of metal parts of machines by dimensional electrochemical processing. The process of dimensional electrochemical processing of metal parts, according to the second variant, consists in applying to the tool electrode (3) and the piece (6) the pulse current. The electrolyte is charged synchronously, in breaks between current pulses or between pulse trains. The device for dimensional electrochemical processing of metal parts includes a hermetic working chamber (4), in which an electrode-tool (3) and a piece (6) are connected, connected to a power source (8), a container for electrolyte (9) with pipes (10, 11), joined by a pump (15) with diaphragm (17), equipped with valve systems (12, 13, 18, 19) and a vibrating system (14), for electrolyte cutting in the hermetic work room (4). The device also includes electrolyte resistance transducers (2, 5), one (2) placed at the entrance in the space between the tool electrode (3) and the piece (6) and the second (5) - at the exit from the space between them and connected to a steering block (7), with a predetermined algorithm for directing the parameters of the output of the current source (8) and the electrolyte flow rate charged by the pump (15) with the diaphragm (17).
