Abstract
Invenţia se referă la industria chimico-farmaceutică şi este destinată obţinerii substanţelor ce posedă acţiune antimicrobiană şi antimicotică.Compuşii cu formula generală:în care R1 este H, CH3, R2 este CH3, H, se obţin la interacţiunea timp de 1,5 ore a soluţiilor de etanoli fierbinţi hidroxid de cobalt (+2), b-hidrazonei isatinei, 5-nitrofurfurolului şi a 3- sau 4-picolinei, în raportul molar de 1:2:2:2.Aceşti complecşi posedă o activitate bacteriostatică de 16-40 de ori mai mare decât analogul lor structural care se aplică în medicina practică şi de 2,5-30,0 ori mai activi decât analogul cel mai apropiat, iar toxicitatea este mai mică de 11,3-11,8 ori în comparaţie cu analogul structural. S-a stabilit că complecşii de cobalt manifestă o acţiune antimicrobiană în diapazonul concentraţiilor de 0,03-12,5 µg/ml.
