Abstract

The invention relates to the chimic and pharmaceutical industry and is concerning to the preparation of substances possessing antimicrobic and antifungal activity.Composition of general formula,is preparated by the interaction of hot ethanolic solutions of cobalt hydroxide (2+), β-izatine hydrazone and 5-nitrofurfurol 3-or-4-picoline in molar relation 1:2:2:2 during 1,5 hours.Theese complexes show the bacteriostatic activity that is 16-40 times more than their structure analogue,used in medicine and 2,5-30,0 times more than their primary standards, the toxity is 11,3-11,8 times lower than that of the structural analogue. It is founded that cobalt complexes show antimicrobic activity in the concentration range of 0,03-12,5 mkg/ml.
