Abstract

Изобретение относится к медицине, в частности к онкологии и может быть использовано для прогнозирования течения злокачественной меланомы II и III стадии.Согласно изобретению, заявленный метод включает клиническое и параклиническое обследование, где определяют следующие параметры: уточнение стадии болезни (ST), наличие образования язвы (U), клеточный тип опухоли (TCT), уровень инвазии по Кларку (NI), толщину опухоли по Бреслову (GT); примененный метод лечения (MT) и пол пациента (SP), затем вычисляют дискриминантную функцию (F) по формуле:F= -6,345 + 1,386 × ST + 4,768 × MT - 2,596 × SP - 3,384 × U + 0,806 × TCT + 1,780 × NI - 1,136 × GT.В случае, когда F < 0 прогнозируют благоприятное течение злокачественной меланомы, а когда F > 0 - неблагоприятное течение.
