Abstract
Изобретение относится к медицине, в частности к гастроонкологии и может быть использовано для прогнозирования течения желудочных предраковых состояний у мужчин.Согласно изобретению, заявленный метод состоит в том, что собирают 2…4 мл слюны и определяют количество интерлейкина 6, затем в желудок вводят желудочный зонд и аспирируют базальный желудочный секрет в 4 пробы, непрерывно собранные с интервалами в 15 мин, после чего подкожно вводят стимулятор желудочной секреции - пентагастрин 6 мг/кг, и заново аспирируют базальный желудочный секрет в 4 пробы, непрерывно собранные с интервалами в 15 мин, определяют общий желудочный секрет, затем осуществляют фиброгастроскопию и извлекают часть слизистой оболочки желудка прилегающей к пораженной зоне, в которой при помощи радиоимунного метода определяют уровень тестостерона. В случае, когда значения секреции соляной кислоты меньше 4 ммоль/час, количество интерлейкина 6 больше 47 нг/мл, а уровень тестостерона в ткани меньше 21 нг/мл прогнозируют неблагоприятное течение предраковых состояний.
