Abstract

Invenţia se referă la domeniul agriculturii, şi anume, la cultura plantelor se poate fi utilizată pentru reproducerea plantelor greu înrădăcinabile, se exemplu, a culturii stevia (stevia Rebau diana Bertoni) prin butăşire.Problema invenţiei constă în eliberarea procedeului de reproducere a plantelor greu înrădăcinabile prin butăşire, care asigură o mai bună înrădăcinare şi dezvoltare a plantelor în scurt timp.Esenţa invenţiei în faptul că lăstarii verzi se taie în perioada creşterii lor intensive la al treilea internod de plantă parentală, se separă la fiecare lăstar frunzele de la al treilea nod, lăstarii tăiaţi se tratează cu soluţie hidrică de 1-5% permanganat de caliu în timp de 25 minute şi se reînnoieşte tăietura nemijlocit sub nodul al treilea fără scoaterea lor din soluţie, după ce lăstarii imediat se răsădesc pentru înrădăcinare şi răsadul se cultivă la temperatura de 25-35°C şi umeditatea aerului 70-80%, excluzând căderea directă a razelor solare asupra lăstarilor în primele trei-cinci zile de dezvoltare.
