Abstract

Изобретение отночится к производству стали из железоокисных материалов. Целью изобретения является повышение экономичночти процесса. Установка включает в себя шахтную печь для производсива губчатого железа, которая соединена с плавильным газификатором и конвертером. В плавильный газификатор, в котором производится газ для шахтной печи загружают часть губчатого железа и получают жидкий чугун. Другую часть губчатого железа загружают в конвертер в который подают жидкий металл, полученный в вагранке. В качестве газа для производства жидкого металла в вагранке из скрапа и кокса используют смесь газов, отходящих из шаххтной печи, плавильного газификатора и конвертера. Устройство предусматривает буферные емкости для чугуна, расположенные между конвертером вагранкой и плавильным газификатором. Изобретение позводляет повысить экономичность процесса и полностью утилизировать отходящий газ.
