Abstract
The invention relates to the microbiology namely, to the creation of the nutritive media for cultivation of the Campelobacter microorganismsThe proposed medium contains peptonic agar, growing factor and antibiotics nizolal, rifampicin and cefazolin, where as growing factor it contains the extract of Spirulina platensis alga and complementary the medium contains the antibiotic colimycin at following ingredients ratio, mass %:Spirulina platensis alga extract 2,64 - 7,25The technical result of the invention consists in the fact that a) introduction of the Spirulina platensis alga extract in the medium composition stimulates the campylobacteries growing, allows the limpid medium obtaining that is more convenient at the inoculations and resuls consideration, overcome the risk of doctor's deseases; b) introduction the antibiotic colijnijcin in the medium compound allows to increase campylobacteries isolates quantity and to reduce the nonspecific results quantity.
