Abstract
The invention relates to the biotechnology, namely to the microbiological methods for biologic active material synthesis.The summary of the invention consists in the fact that the proposed method provides for propionate bacteries cultivation in the nutritive medium with maiz extract at using the cobalt containing material as synthesis stimulator, where the cobalt (II) acetylacetonate dehydrate is used as cobalt containing material in a quantity of 10,0-12,0 mg/l.The technical result consists in the fact that introduction of the cobalt (II) acetylacetonate dehydrate in the nutritive composition provides the cyancobolamine synthesis increasing.
