Abstract
The invention relates to the sugar production particularly to the fruitose separation from its mixture with glucose. The purpose consists in the simplification of the process. This is realized by the continuous passing of the 7% aqueous solution comprising 42,5% of fruitose and 57,5% of glucose through 4,5 kg of the solid sorbent particles represented by barium ceolite of the V type having the particles dimensions of 0,5 mm, using the modeled system of contrary torrents which comprise 11 columns. Each column has the interior diameter of 25 mm and a height of 1,5 m. The liquid torrents are passing through 3 zones joined consequently circular. From them the desorbtion zone includes 5 columns, the rectification zone - 2, and the sorbtion zone - 4 columns. Each zone is divided into a lot of sections consequently joined filled with sorbent. The liquid torrents which flow into the 3 zone s circulate continuously between the desorbtion zone and the sorbtion one. At the same time the initial mixture is introduced at a room temperature with the speed of 1,5 kg/hour into the first section of the sorbtion zone.In the capacity of a desorbent it is introduced water at a speed of 2,9 kg/hour in the first section of the desorbtion zone from which the flowing torrent is evacuated from the last section of the desorbtion zone at a speed of 4,2 kg/hour.The refined torrent is continuously at the speed of 0,2 kg/hour from such a point of the sorbtion zone that at least one section of this zone can remain lower in the torrent stream. The carculation speed of the liquid torrent in the rectification zone is of 5,5 kg/hour and out of the introduction and evacuation point of the liquid torrents into the sections and from the sections simultaneous is moved with one section during 6 min. into the descendant torrent direction. In this case it is kept the same order of the consecutivity and the same spatial correlation between the said points. In this case it is attained the fruitose evacuation of 95% with a productivity of 90% 2-il.
