Abstract
Invenţia se referă la medicină, şi anume la oncologia osoasă, şi poate fi utilizată în tratamentul tumorilor gigantice ale aripii osului iliac, care implică în proces articulaţia iliosacrală şi marginea laterală a osului sacru.Prin amputaţia interilioabdominală transsacrală este posibilă tratarea bolnavilor cu neoformaţiuni gigantice ale aripii osului iliac, care implică în proces articulaţia iliosacrală, marginea laterală a osului sacru, a tumorilor angrenate între marginea laterală a osului sacru si aripa osului iliac, considerate anterior inoperabile, se creează posibilităţi mai favorabile pentru inspecţia cavităţii bazinului şi separarea tumorii în limitele ţesuturilor adiacente sănătoase, sporeşte ablastia şi concomitent radicalismul operaţiei, se fondează posibilităţi mai favorabile pentru prevenirea tumorii şi pentru profilaxia recidivelor locale.
