Abstract
The invention relates to the medicine, namely to the osseous oncology and may be used for the flank bone wing giant tumors treatment, involving into the process the sacrum-flank hip and the sacrum lateral edge.By means of the intersacroiliac abdominal amputation it is possible to treat patients having flank bone wing giant tumors, involving into the process the sacroiliac hip, the outer edge of the sacrum, the driven in tumors between the sacrum outer edge and the flank bone wing, prior considered unoperative, are created more favourable possibilities for pelvic cavity development and separation of tumor within the healthy adjacent tissues, it is increased the ablasty and simultaneously the radicalism of the operation, are created more favourable possibilities for tumor prevention, for the local relapses prophylaxis.
