Abstract
Inventia se refera la medicina, în special la stomatologie si poate fi utilizata pentru tratamentul periodontitei cronice.Conform inventiei metoda revendicata consta în aceea ca se prelucreaza mecanic canalele radiculare ale dintelui cariat, apoi se efectueaza lavajul canalelor radiculare cu solutie de hipoclorura de sodiu de 0,5%, dupa care se introduc 0,1…0,3 ml de sol. L-carnozina 0,1mg/ml, aceasta procedura se repeta peste o saptamâna, o luna si doua luni, iar dupa a 3-a si a 6-a luna se efectueaza lavajul canalelor radiculare si se introduce o solutie în cantitate de 0,1…0,3 ml care contine sol. L-carnozina 0,1mg/ml si solutie de BioR de 0,5%, luate în raport de (2/3…1/2) : (1/3…1/2) respectiv, apoi dupa a 9-a luna în canalele radiculare se introduc 0,1…0,3 ml de solutie de BioR de 0,5%, totodata dupa fiecare procedura canalele radiculare se obtureaza provizoriu, iar dupa a 12-a luna se efectueaza lavajul canalelor radiculare, dupa care ele se obtureaza definitiv si se restabileste coroana dintelui.
