Abstract

The invention relates to means for locking with sealing of material objects in order to prevent the unauthorized access to them, in particular of cars, refrigerators, tanks, containers, railway transport and other transport vehicles.The power shut-off and sealing device comprises a metal body (1), wherein is made a blind hole (4), wherein is rigidly fixed the first end (2) of a cable, and a through hole (7) for placement of the second end (5) of the cable, and a cable fixing mechanism, located in a cavity (8) made in the body (1). The blind (4) and through (7) holes are made in the body (1) parallel to each other. The cable fixing mechanism contains a three-leafed washer (9) and a dividing frame (11), spring-loaded with a spring (12), between which are placed three balls (10) with the possibility of their interaction with the second end (5) of the cable upon locking. The lower part of the cavity (8) is made slightly narrowed.
