Abstract

The invention can be used for locking and sealing protected objects. The inventive electronic locking and sealing device comprises a body, a steel cable, a program unit and a mechanism for fixing the cable. The program unit contains a computer, a radiotransmitter, a power supply element, sensors and electrical conductors. The cable is automatically fixed by means of a mechanism excluding the possibility to draw out the cable from the body of the locking and sealing device when somebody attempts to take it out. The sensors incorporated into the body are used for transmitting information to the program unit when the cable is crippled or drawn out of the locking and sealing device.
