Abstract

Invenţia se referă la construcţia de maşini şi poate fi utilizată la rectificarea angrenajului modificat al transmisiilor planetare precesionale.Scopul invenţiei este mărirea preciziei de îndreptare.Dispozitivul pentru realizarea metodei include scula de îndreptare 1, piatra profilată de rectificat 2 cu generatoarea 3. Vârful sculei de îndreptare este deplasat pe o dreaptă, care se intersectează cu axa pietrei de rectificat sub un unghi a, care formează suprafaţa unui hiperboloid de rotaţie cu o singură pânză şi care depinde de razele pietrei de rectificat, înălţimea ei şi curbura profilului. Distanţa dintre dreaptă şi axa pietrei se alege în funcţie de parametrii geometrici ai pietrei şi distanţa de la capătul pietrei cu diametru mai mic până la punctul de intersecţie, distanţa determinându-se în funcţie de parametrii geometrici ai pietrei.Fig.3
