Abstract
Invenţia se referă la medicină şi anume la traumatologie şi ortopedie.Esenţa invenţiei constă în aceea că osteotomia condilului tibial se efectuează paralel suprafeţei cartilajului segmentului deformat la o distanţă de cel mult 2 cm şi după elevaţia condilului nu mai sus de 1 cm de la poziţia normală în defectul format se implantează transplante din matricea osoasă, care se fixează temporar cu broşe, concomitent se efectuează osteosinteza cu aparatul Ilizarov cu formarea unei compresiuni necesare între condilul tibial şi condilul femurului.Datorită elasticităţii matricei osoase şi suprafeţei articulare condilul tibial capătă congruenţă.
