Abstract
Inventia se refera la tehnica medicala, in special la utilajul medical utilizat pentru profilaxia si tratamentul patologiilor coloanei vertebrale. Esenta inventiei consta in aceea ca dispozitivul include o carcasa (1), nervuri transversale, fiecare nervura contine o placa rigida in forma de Ď (10) si o portiune din material elastic (13) cu densitatea de 15…100 kg/m3, fixata pe partea ei orizontala. Pe partile verticale ale placii rigide sunt executate cate o canelura longitudinala (9). Partile verticale ale placii rigide a nervurii sunt fixate de niste placi verticale (5) prin canelura cu ajutorul unor suruburi (11) cu piulita cu aripioare pentru reglaj (12) cu posibilitatea deplasarii nervurilor in plan vertical, fiecare placa verticala (5) este fixata printr-un ax (6) de carcasa prin gauri strapunse cu posibilitatea deplasarii unghiulare, in partea inferioara placile sunt unite articulat intre ele din exterior prin intermediul unor bare longitudinale (7) cu bucse (8). Nervurile sunt divizate in doua grupe, una dintre ele constituind 2/5 din lungimea carcasei, iar a doua 3/5, respectiv, intre grupe este amplasata o nervura (2) unita cu placa (3) cu posibilitatea de deplasare doar pe verticala, ambele grupe de nervuri, prin intermediul placilor adiacente verticale, sunt unite cu ajutorul unor placi limitatoare (4) cu nervura (2) in partea superioara, iar in partea inferioara prin intermediul unor tije (14) cu un motor electric (15) intr-un mod care asigura deplasarea unghiulara in directii opuse. La unul din capetele carcasei in partile superioara si inferioara sunt amplasate cate un sesizor (19, 20) de blocare a motorului electric, totodata dispozitivul este dotat cu un mecanism de vibratie (18), care este fixat de carcasa dispozitivului. Carcasa este amplasata pe arcuri de amortizare (17). Deasupra portiunilor elastice ale nervurilor este amplasat un covoras (16).The invention relates to the medical technique, in particular to the medical equipment used for prophylaxis and treatment of spinal diseases. The essence of the invention is that the device includes a housing (1), transverse ribs, each rib contains a rigid plate in the form of Ď (10) and a portion of elastic material (13) with a density of 15… 100 kg / m3, fixed on its horizontal side. On the vertical parts of the rigid plate are executed a longitudinal groove (9). The vertical parts of the rigid plate of the rib are fixed by some vertical plates (5) through the groove by means of screws (11) with nut with adjusting fins (12) with the possibility of moving the ribs vertically, each vertical plate (5) is fixed through a shaft (6) of the housing through holes drilled with the possibility of angular displacement, in the lower part the plates are jointly articulated from the outside through longitudinal bars (7) with bushes (8). The nerves are divided into two groups, one of them constituting 2/5 of the length of the housing, and the second 3/5, respectively, between the groups is placed a rib (2) joined by the plate (3) with the possibility of moving only vertically, both groups of ribs, through the adjacent vertical plates, are joined by means of limiting plates (4) with the rib (2) in the upper part, and in the lower part by means of rods (14) with an electric motor (15) in the a way that ensures angular displacement in opposite directions. At one of the ends of the housing in the upper and lower parts are located a detector (19, 20) to lock the electric motor, at the same time the device is equipped with a vibration mechanism (18), which is fixed by the housing of the device. The housing is located on cushion springs (17). Above the elastic portions of the ribs is placed a carpet (16).
