Abstract

Invenţia se referă la domeniul construcţiei de maşini şi poate fi folosită la prepararea amestecurilor uscate, semiuscate, de mortar şi de beton.Malaxorul conţine un corp cilindric 1 cu organe de amestecare 2 în formă de bare situate radial pe arborele rotitor 3 astfel încât locurile de fixare a organelor de amestecare pe suprafaţa exterioară a arborelui se află în şah. Linia care uneşte centrele organelor de amestecare ale rândului longitudinal este paralelă faţă de axa arborelui, iar cea de unire a organelor rândului transversal - perpendiculară faţă de axa arborelui.Rezultatul tehnic al acestui dispozitiv constă în mărirea zonei volumetrice de acţionare a organelor de amestecare asupra materialului şi divizarea materialului în mai multe şuvoaie în procesul malaxării.Fig1.
