Abstract

Prezenta invenţie se referă la un procedeu de sinteză a ivabradinei cu formula (I):sau 3-{3-[{[(7S)-3,4-dimetoxibiciclo[4.2.0]octa-1,3,5-trien-7-il]metil}(metil)amino]propil}-7,8-dimetoxi-1,3,4,5-tetrahidro-2H-3-benzazepină-2-onă, a sărurilor sale de adiţie cu acizi acceptabili farmaceutic şi a hidraţilor acestora.Procedeul se caracterizează prin aceea că compusul cu formula (VI):este supus unei reacţii de lactamizare în prezenţa unui agent de ciclizare şi a unei baze, într-un solvent organic.Procedeul dat permite de a spori randamentul produsului finit.
