Abstract

Invenţia se referă la biotehnologie, şi anume la o metodă de determinare a cantităţii de biomasă algală Nostoc flagelliforme.Metoda, conform invenţiei, include prelevarea probei, separarea biomasei de mediul lichid, amestecarea biomasei cu apă distilată în raport de 1:60, tratarea cu microunde la puterea de 600 W în decurs de 5 min, măsurarea cu ajutorul spectrofotometrului a absobanţei la lungimea de undă de 682 nm şi determinarea cantităţii de biomasă, utilizând curba de etalonare.
