Abstract

The invention relates to the field of metal protection from corrosion in water and can be used for corrosion inhibition in closed steel pipeline systems.According to the invention, the use of a heteronuclear salicylate coordinative compound of the formula [FeSr2(SalH)2(Sal)2(NO3)(DMAA)4]n is claimed, wherein:Sal -, SalH -, DMAA -,as an inhibitor of steel corrosion in water, at a concentration of 0.05…0.75 g/l.
