Abstract

The invention relates to a process for producing a feed supplement containing vitamin B12 from vinasse.The process, according to the invention, provides for the anaerobic fermentation of vinasse in the presence of cobalt complex compounds, separation of the solid and liquid phase, and treatment of the liquid phase with diatomite in the amount of 0.5…1.0 g/l with subsequent filtration and dehydration thereof.It is used diatomite with the content of SiO2 of 82…86% and the specific active adsorption surface of 55…60 m2/g.The result consists in the recovery of vitamin B12 from the liquid phase.
