Abstract

The invention relates to a combined process for treating the sediment obtained at the sewage anaerobic fermentation and may be used in the wine and food industries for waste processing and utilization.The process includes utilization in the capacity of defecate coagulant, formed at the sugar extract limy treatment, in the quantity of 50…100% from the mass of dry sediment, with bringing the obtained mixture to a pH 7,5…8,5, agitation during 30…60 min, sedimentation during 1…2 hours, with subsequent decantation, then the sediment is treated with a flocculant, namely with 0,2…0,5% polyacrylamide solution in the quantity of 50…100 mg/dm3, by stepwise 2…3-fold introduction thereof in the quantity of (0,50…0,60):(0,20…0,50):(0,20…0,25), correspondingly, afterwards the liquid is removed and the sediment is dehydrated by compression.
