Abstract

The invention relates to agriculture, in particular to a process for directional formation of the root system in a portable perennial plant, which can be used for initiation of vineyards, orchards, dendrological and ornamental plantings.The process for directional formation of the root system in a portable perennial plant includes bedding-out of plant roots in three cylindrical containers with nutrient medium of a height of 1.5 m and a diameter of 10…12 cm, combined in the form of a vertical tripod, made of plastic material and fitted with drains and twigs as a temporary support for annual increments of the plant, which are placed on the growth site by moving away the tripod basal parts by 25…30 cm, followed by cultivation, at the same time in the 10th year after planting the cylindrical containers are removed, and before permutation of plant it is carried out pruning of roots spread beyond the container at a depth of 10…20 cm.The result consists in increasing the individual productivity of plant, raising the level of control over plant growth and development, simplifying the plant permutation technology.
