Abstract

The invention relates to the wine industry, namely to a process for neutralization of waste obtained from wine demetallization with potassium hexacyanoferrate (II) with the production of reutilized secondary products.The process, according to the invention, provides for the treatment of waste obtained from wine demetallization with potassium hexacyanoferrate (II) with an alkaline solution, separation of phases by electroflotation, tratment of the obtained solution with copper salts, separation of the obtained copper ferrohexacyanoferrate sediment, its blast oxidizing roasting at the temperature of 700…900°C with an air consumption of 3…5 m3 per 1 kg of sediment, dissolution of the formed copper oxide with a 10…20% solution of sulfuric acid at a pH of 3.5…5.5 and separation by filtration of iron carbide sediment from the formed copper sulphate solution.
