Abstract

The invention relates to construction, particularly to processes and devices for erection of the cast-in-situ reinforced pile of different destination, poured upon installation.The process includes formation of the bore, installation therein of the reinforcing cage and placement of the borehole. Before the installation of the reinforcing cage, a mounter is introduced therein comprising locating fixtures and a rigid jig, the length of which exceeds the length of the reinforcing cage, and the dimensions of the cross section of which are smaller than the dimensions of the cross section of the reinforcing cage and on one end face of which there are fixed mounting ears, and on the other end face it is fixed a dismountable supporting element. The reinforcing cage is fixed on the jig by means of the locating fixtures and it is carried out the conjoint sinking of the jig with the cage fixed thereon into the bore. Upon completion of sinking, it is carried out fixation of the upper end face of the cage into the bore mouth and its release from the jig, it is retrieved the jig and it is placed the borehole.The result of the invention consists in increasing the quality of works due to the prevention of reinforcing cage deformation during its installation, reducing the works labour content due to the utilization of the standard boring-hoisting equipment.
