Abstract

The invention relates to the field of electrospark machining and is intended for electrospark alloying of surfaces of articles of electrically conducting materials.The device for electrospark alloying includes an electromagnetic vibrator, consisting of an electrode holder (6) and an electromagnet, located in a body (1), and additionally contains an illumination unit, fixed through a thermo- and electrically insulating spacer to the electrode holder (6) and connected to a power supply (15).In the first variant, used for large amplitudes of vibration of the electrode holder (6), the power supply (15) consists of an electromagnetic vibration generator, installed in the illumination unit and connected to a control unit of the power supply (15), which includes storage elements and a microswitch (16) for the illumination unit.In the second variant, used for small amplitudes of vibration of the electrode holder (6), the power supply (15) consists of an additional winding, located on the magnetic circuit (3) of the vibrator and connected to a control unit of the power supply (15), which includes storage elements and a microswitch (16) for the illumination unit.At the same time, in both variants of execution of the device the illumination unit can be equipped with a microcamera connected to a computer.
