Abstract

The device (1) has two magnetic and electrically conductive electrodes (4, 5) to be applied to a skin, where the electrodes are smooth. The electrodes are formed from a magnetized magnetic material or a magnetizable material subjected to magnetic field of a permanent magnet. An electrical energy source (3) is electrically connected to the electrodes by electrical conductors during utilization of the device, where voltage between the electrodes is comprised between 1.2 V and 12 V. A product supplying channel is opened in a zone located near or between the electrodes.
