Abstract

Inventia se refera la un procedeu de obtinere a dioxidului de titan nanodispers, care poate fi aplicat in procesele de epurare fotocatalitica si denocivizare a apelor naturale si reziduale in calitate de pigment, precum si de catalizator in diverse domenii ale industriei. Procedeul se efectueaza prin dizolvarea electrochimica a titanului metalic in solutie alcalina de NaOH si NaCl in urmatoarea concentratie, in g/L:NaOH 80…100NaCl 30…40,la temperatura de 70…90°Ń sub actiunea curentului periodic cu frecventa industriala cu impuls invers reglabil, la densitatea curentului anodic de 1,0…3,0 Ŕ/ńě2 si raportul la curentul catodic de 1:(0,1…0,5), cu spalarea ulterioara a hidrogelului format si prelucrarea termica la 400…450°Ń timp de 1,0…1,5 ore.
