Abstract

Inventia se refera la procedeele de identificare a obiectelor electroconductoare, in particular la procedeele electrochimice. Procedeul, conform inventiei, include conectarea obiectului la polul pozitiv al unei surse de curent de joasa tensiune si a unor sectii ale unui electrod multisectionat la polul negativ, sectiile fiind selectate de un generator de numere aleatorii, debitarea in electrolizor a unui electrolit de dizolvare, interactiunea obiectului cu electrodul in regim de dizolvare anodica la o densitate anodica a curentului de 1…30 A/cm2, apoi inlocuirea electrolitului mentionat cu un electrolit de depunere, conectarea obiectului la polul negativ, iar a sectiilor ramase ale electrodului multisectionat la polul pozitiv, interactiunea obiectului cu electrodul in regim de depunere catodica cu formarea unei matrice individuale, pe care se aplica o grila informationala si un numar de identificare, scanarea marcajului obtinut si introducerea imaginii in memoria calculatorului.The invention relates to processes for identifying electroconductive objects, in particular to electrochemical processes. The process, according to the invention, includes connecting the object to the positive pole of a low-voltage current source and to sections of a multisection electrode at the negative pole, the sections being selected by a random number generator, the electrolyte cutting of a dissolving electrolyte, the interaction of the object with the electrode in anodic dissolution regime at an anodic density of current of 1… 30 A / cm2, then the replacement of the mentioned electrolyte with a deposition electrolyte, the connection of the object to the negative pole, and of the remaining sections of the multisection electrode at the positive pole, the interaction of the object with the electrode in the cathode deposition regime with the formation of an individual matrix, on which an informational grid and an identification number are applied, the scanning of the obtained marking and the insertion of the image in the computer memory.
