Abstract

Invenţia se referă la dispozitivele de executare a nanomarcajelor de identificare, în particular la dispozitivele plasmatice.Dispozitivul, conform invenţiei, include o cameră de formă tronconică (1), unită în partea inferioară cu un buncăr cilindric (6) cu filtru (7), destinat pentru colectarea nanoparticulelor (8) şi dotat cu racorduri de evacuare a gazelor. Deasupra camerei este amplasată coaxial o duză (4) pentru debitarea materialului pulverulent şi nişte plasmotroane (3), instalate sub un unghi de 30°… 90° faţă de axa camerei (1). Camera tronconică (1) este dotată cu un schimbător de căldură (5) executat sub formă de manta, iar în interiorul camerei sunt instalate în trepte nişte suporturi metalice (2).Totodată, plasmotroanele (3) pot fi instalate tangenţial faţă de peretele camerei tronconice (1).
