Abstract

The invention relates to the nanotag manufacturing devices, particularly to plasmatic devices.The device, according to the invention, includes a chamber (1) in the form of truncated cone, joined in the lower part with a cylindrical bunkes (6) with filter (7), meant for collection of nanoparticles (8) and equipped with gas withdrawal branches. Above the chamber it is coaxially placed a powdery material delively branch (4) and plasmatrons (3), installed at an angle of 30...90° about the axis of the chamber (1). The chamber (1) in the form of truncated cone is equipped with a heat exchanger (5) in the form of jacket, and inside the chamber there are installed in steps metal supports (2).At the same time, the plasmatrons (3) can be installed tangetially about the wall of the chamber (1).
