Abstract

The invention relates to devices for measuring the temperature in microwave ovens and can be used in research and production for the automation of data storage, processing and measurement processes.Device for measuring the temperature in a microwave oven consists of a measuring system (SM), consisting of an electronic digital thermometer (T) sensitive to infrared radiation, mounted on a rest (R) at a distance from the furnace and connected to a computer (C), and a system of protection against the effects of microwaves, mounted above the furnace hole for carrying out of measurements, consisting of a locking mechanism, including a locking element, connected to the core of a solenoid, and a holder of the locking element. The holder of the locking element consists of three matched non-magnetic metal plates with holes, fixed to the wall of the furnace. The locking element is in the form of a door-blind, made of a metal plate and placed in the hole of the middle plate of the holder of the locking element with the possibility of opening/closing the hole through which the measurements are carried out. The locking mechanism is provided with a microswitch with a lever, actuated by the weight of the door and the solenoid core, which is fixed in the upper part of the outer plate and connected to the furnace magnetron operation control unit through a synchronizer.
